  • The American Psychological Association describes it as the “Treatment of psychological problems that is conducted on a one-to-one basis. One therapist sees one client at a time, tailoring the process to their unique needs in the exploration of contributory factors and alleviation of symptoms.”

    In other words, it’s a safe space for you and me to work together while we explore the concerns you have!

  • Counseling can help with a variety of concerns! Here are some areas we can focus on:

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, but the length and frequency of our sessions can be discussed together!

  • Each Individual session costs $125. I currently accept out-of-pocket OR Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).
