The American Psychological Association describes it as the “Treatment of psychological problems that is conducted on a one-to-one basis. One therapist sees one client at a time, tailoring the process to their unique needs in the exploration of contributory factors and alleviation of symptoms.”

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, but the length and frequency of our sessions can be discussed together!

Each Individual session costs $125. I currently accept out-of-pocket OR Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).
