Who Am I?
Welcome, I’m Elizabeth, but you can call me Lizzy! I’m glad you’re here. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Candidate under supervision, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe that meaningful change begins with compassion, curiosity, and the courage to explore new ways of thinking and being.
I completed my Master of Science (MS) in Mental Health Counseling at Oklahoma State University in August 2025, where I interned at the OSU Student Counseling Center. There, I gained experience working with individuals and groups, developing a strong foundation in counseling.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and enriched by Person-Centered and Humanistic principles. This allows me to support you by addressing the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present moment, while fostering a nonjudgmental and empathetic environment. By blending these approaches, I aim to empower you to build resilience, discover your strengths, and move toward the goals and life changes that matter most to you.
Together, we will work to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful changes that support your growth and well-being.
